What we process and why
When you use the contact form we process your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message to answer your request. When you apply through the application form we additionally process your LinkedIn profile and/or CV and your preferred arrangement to evaluate your application. When you book an intake call, Calendly processes the data you enter there under its own privacy policy.
Legal basis and retention
We process contact requests on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, and application data on the basis of pre-contractual steps at your request. Contact requests are kept for at most 12 months; application data for at most 12 months after the end of the procedure unless you ask us to keep it longer.
Sharing
We use trusted processors to host this website and to deliver email. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

This website only uses functional cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site. If we introduce analytics, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
