- Identify internal and external stakeholders affected by change, assess their needs and expectations, and develop appropriate communication and stakeholder management plans
- Define and manage the delivery of training to prepare staff for upcoming changes
- Work closely with programme and project managers and team leaders to assess change impacts, anticipate challenges and develop mitigation plans
- Monitor change progress and evaluate results, making adjustments as needed to ensure success
- Identify and resolve resistance to change, fostering trust and promoting a culture of openness and flexibility
- Ensure clear and consistent communication about change using different channels to inform employees at all levels
- Measure and evaluate stakeholder satisfaction with the change management process and use feedback to improve future initiatives
- Follow best practices and trends in change management, ensuring the organisation adopts innovative approaches adapted to its environment, specificities and maturity
You will guide and advise senior leadership in their crucial role as sponsors of the initiative, and coach (and where needed train) team managers in supporting their teams through transitions to the desired future state.
