What you will do
You will work within the ERP team that supports HR, Finance, Logistics and Purchasing departments. Your focus will be on warehouse management solutions using SAP WM and eWM.
Your responsibilities include:
- Analyse, estimate workload and cost of changes for both maintenance and projects
- Consider multiple solutions and approaches for each requirement
- Assess the impact of changes on existing systems
- Ensure service continuity and maintainability of solutions
- Make necessary adaptations or developments based on established specifications
- Update reference documentation
- Develop test plans, supervise testing, control quality and ensure deployment
- Follow up and resolve incidents and problems
What we are looking for
Essential requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a functional analyst
- Minimum 10 years of expert-level experience with SAP WM
- Proven experience in inventory management and warehousing
- Demonstrable experience with SAP configuration
- Knowledge of ABAP and debugging
- Fluent in at least one of the two national languages (Dutch or French), with good knowledge of the other
Strong assets:
- Proven experience with SAP EWM
- Proven experience with SAP MM
- Proven experience with SAP PM
- Demonstrable experience with a modelling tool
- Proven experience with data migration
- Knowledge of the energy sector
Nice to have:
- Proven experience with Stock Room Management (S/4 HANA)

The setting
This is an assignment for two positions, starting in November 2026 and running until October 2028, with the possibility of extension.
The role is based in Brussels with a hybrid work arrangement: up to two days of remote work per week, with three days per week required on-site. A laptop will be provided by the client.
The indicative volume is 440 days per person. You will work within a team of around fifteen professionals including project managers, functional analysts and developers.
