What you will do
You will join a development team building a new web-based case management platform to support critical operational needs. The solution is built on modern web technologies with a microservices and micro-frontend architecture, containerised and highly scalable, developed using agile Scrum methods.
As a frontend specialist, you will develop the client application that handles operational case files. During the first phase of the assignment, your main tasks will include:
- Getting to know the existing environment and familiarising yourself with the business domain
- Integrating services to retrieve, persist and modify data used by the client application
- Modelling entities according to data standardisation best practices
- Implementing user interfaces based on designs provided by the UX/UI designer, using a modular approach
- Implementing unit tests and integration tests for the client side
- Versioning your code, generating pull requests and performing code reviews before merging to the main branch
- Working in an agile way, focusing on planned tasks, respecting deadlines and adapting to changing requirements
During the second phase, you will maintain the solution, including regular technology updates, technology watch and implementing new features or modules requested by users.
The backend consists of central services accessible through an integration layer. The infrastructure uses a containerised approach with Infrastructure as Code provisioning.
