What you will do
Within a major digital transformation programme, you will act as project leader and Domain Lead, guiding through influence, clarity of vision and trust rather than control. You will serve the teams to enable them to deliver value to the business.
Your responsibilities include:
- Federate multiple agile teams (squads) around a shared vision and common objectives, ensuring alignment between business priorities and team priorities
- Create the conditions for autonomy: set a clear framework, leave decisions as close to the teams as possible, and support their growth in maturity (servant leadership)
- Develop the overall planning with the teams, coordinate dependencies between them, and arbitrate priorities in a transparent manner
- Facilitate domain rituals (inter-team synchronisations, reviews, retrospectives) and promote the sharing of good practices and learnings
- Identify and remove obstacles that slow down the teams, facilitating collaboration with other teams, the business and IT
- Coach and develop people, give and receive feedback, and maintain a culture of trust, transparency and continuous improvement
- Manage project change requests in consultation with stakeholders
- Report regularly on project progress to the relevant bodies, with transparency on risks and difficulties
- Escalate correctly and in time any significant changes or problems that exceed acceptable tolerance thresholds
- Ensure follow-up with suppliers by involving them as true partners
- Manage budgets

- Excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills, able to identify risks, dependencies and improvement levers
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and promote effective collaboration between IT teams, business stakeholders and other actors
Human qualities and leadership (soft skills)
Beyond expertise, it is your way of working with others that will make the difference in this role:
- You know how to influence and mobilise without resorting to hierarchical authority

- You demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence, and you know how to create a climate of psychological safety in which everyone dares to speak
