What you will do
You will play a key role in the implementation of a new Enterprise Business System (EBS) at a Flemish public transport company. As a change agent, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting end users during the transition to the new EBS
- Developing and delivering training materials and sessions
- Acting as a liaison between the project team and business users
- Identifying and addressing resistance to change
- Monitoring adoption and providing feedback to the project team
- Creating user documentation and guidelines
- Facilitating workshops and information sessions
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a change agent or change manager in ERP or EBS implementation projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
- Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
- Fluency in Dutch is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The setting
This assignment starts in early January 2027. The work location is in the Flemish Brabant region. You will work in a hybrid setting, with a combination of on-site and remote work. The assignment is part of a larger EBS implementation programme within the public transport sector.
