What you will do
You will coordinate and monitor interoperability and quality assurance activities within a healthcare data exchange ecosystem. Your role focuses on structured testing approaches, supporting vendors and internal stakeholders with healthcare data standards, and ensuring quality, testability, risk management and progress tracking across changes, releases and projects.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and monitoring interoperability and QA lab activities, including time and planning oversight
- Organising and following up on interoperability tests with vendors
- Managing the interoperability lab mailbox and stakeholder communications
- Developing interoperability test processes for modern healthcare data standards
- Setting up test flows using the Interoperability Test Bed (ITB) together with technical colleagues
- Optimising and establishing test procedures and processes for both interoperability and QA
- Conducting test analyses and defining test criteria, test cases and test data
- Challenging analyses and implementation guides for new and existing data types
- Supporting vendors and business teams regarding existing or new data types in both legacy and modern healthcare standards
- Actively participating in projects from a QA and interoperability perspective
- Contributing to the service desk by supporting incident and service request registration, classification, prioritisation, follow-up, communication and reporting
- Organising and participating in events such as technical workshops and stakeholder cafés
What we are looking for
- Confirmed experience as a Business Analyst
- Active knowledge of Dutch and English
- Experience with Jira and Confluence (confirmed level)
- Experience with Jenkins (confirmed level)
- Experience with Bruno/Postman (junior level)
- Experience with the Interoperability Test Bed (ITB) (junior level)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a structured way with attention to quality and detail
- Experience in healthcare data exchange environments is an advantage
The setting
- assignment for 12 months, starting end of December 2026
- Hybrid working model in Brussels
